Viewing Renewal Rate Trends
The Renewal Rate by Item trend graph shows the customer count renewal rate and the revenue renewal rate over time. The period can be set to monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Note:
The Customer filter does not apply to the Logo Renewal Rate in the Renewal Rate Trend portlet.
