Viewing Net Retention Table by Customer

The Net Retention table by customer displays the change of revenue from each existing customer over time. The period can be set to monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

To view the customer net retention table:

  1. Log in to NetSuite.

  2. Go to the Accessing the Retention Metrics Dashboard.

  3. In the Net Retention Table by Customer, set the Duration, Start Period, and End Period.
