Shipping to Drop-off Points
You can ship to drop-off points instead of directly shipping to shipping addresses if you activate the Shipping to Drop-off Points system rule. If supported by your carrier's shipping services, you can ship orders locally or internationally through one of the following drop-off options:

Home/Company to Service Point- Ship orders from a residential address to a carrier's service point.

Service Point to Home/Company- Ship orders from a carrier's service point to a residential address.

Between Service Points - Ship orders from a carrier's service point to another service point.
On the app, you can specify the drop-off and pickup locations using one of the following options:

Complete address of the home, company, or the carrier's service point

Latitude or longitude coordinates

Address segment including the city, street address, or zip
Shipping labels and item fulfillments reflect the drop-off location along with the shipping address on the order. The app doesn't update the Ship to Address on both the order transaction and customer record.
To ship to drop-off points:

On the app, access the orders or shipments that you want to process.

On the Ship Packages page, click Drop Off.

On the Service Point Locator popup window, from the Drop-Off Type field, select one of the following options:

To ship or drop-off to a residential or company address, select Service Point to Home/Company.

To drop-off to a carrier's service point, select either Home/Company to Service Point or Between Service Points.

If you choose Home/Company to Service Point, from Find Service Point By field, select one of the following methods to search for a drop-off point:

Latitude or longitude
-
Address
The Address field is auto-populated from the customer record.

Address Segment (street, city, zip)
If you choose either Service Point to Home/Company or Between Service Points, select one of these methods:

Latitude or longitude

Address Segment (street, city, zip)

Enter shipping address details in the appropriate fields to narrow down the list of service points that are located nearby.

Depending on your drop-off type, tap View Carrier's Drop-Off Point or View Carrier's Pick-up Point.

On the Nearby Service Points popup window, select the service point for the pick-up or drop-off.
For example, to drop-off between service points, you must select the service point from which your carrier can pick up the shipment and the service point to which your carrier can drop it off.

On the Ship Packages page, review any adjustments to the estimated shipping cost.

Tap Ship.

On the Confirm Shipping Address popup window, review the address.

Tap Print & Ship.
