Downloading E-Document Template Files for Receiver Acknowledgment Events

Brazil Certification Tax Authorities provides predefined e-document template files for several receiver acknowledgement (MDe) events.

The SuiteApp also provides an e-document template file for you to convert inbound e-documents into NetSuite transactions.

To download e-document template files for receiver acknowledgment events:

1. Go to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.

2. In the sidebar or list, click SuiteApps.

   The files and folders within this folder appear.

3. Click the com.netsuite.brazilcertificationtaxauth folder.

4. Click the braziltemplates folder.

5. Next to the Receiver-Acknowledgment folder, click Download.

   NetSuite downloads all the e-document templates in the folder to your device.

6. If you want to convert inbound e-documents into NetSuite transactions, do the following:

   1. On the sidebar, click the E-Document Conversion folder.

   2. Next to the template, click Download.
