NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com Map

When you modify your existing queries from NetSuite.com to NetSuite2.com, you need to know the ID of the corresponding record and field in NetSuite2.com. The following link provides a spreadsheet that includes a list of records and fields in NetSuite.com and their corresponding NetSuite2.com records and fields. This list is not exhaustive and will be continually updated with new record mappings.

How to Find Records and Field IDs in the Spreadsheet

To find the corresponding field ID in NetSuite2.com, go to the Fields tab. In the Field ID in NetSuite.com column, search for the field ID that you used to use in your NetSuite.com queries. The corresponding field ID for NetSuite2.com appears under the Field ID in NetSuite2.com column.

To find the corresponding record ID in NetSuite2.com, go to the Records tab. In the Record ID in NetSuite.com column, search for the record ID that you used to use in your NetSuite.com queries. The corresponding record ID for NetSuite2.com appears under the Record ID in NetSuite2.com column.

Requesting a New Mapping

The list of mappings is not exhaustive. The worksheet includes the records and fields most commonly used in Connect queries and is constantly being updated with new mappings. When you request a new mapping, ensure that you provide the ID of the record or field that you are currently using in your NetSuite.com queries and that you want to use in NetSuite2.com. The following example illustrates how you can request a new record mapping:
