Usually, only a few users in any company also have one of the two roles necessary to access NetSuite 360. The user logs in to NetSuite with their usual role. On the Support tab, a user with one of the two special roles can see the link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.
If you do not have access, discuss this with a person in your company who has permission to add a role to a user. Usually, this is a person with an Administrator or System Administrator role in NetSuite.
The person assigning the special role should exercise good judgment when adding one of these special roles to a user.
