Creating a Compliance Request

Creating and managing compliance requests in NetSuite helps your organization ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. You can create a compliance request from the Privacy and Compliance Dashboard in NetSuite 360.

To create a compliance request:

  1. Log into your NetSuite account with a role that lets you access NetSuite 360.

  2. Click the Support tab.

  3. Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

  4. Click the Privacy and Compliance tab.

  5. Hover over the Privacy Compliance Request tab, and then select Privacy Compliance Request. This opens the Compliance Request List page.

  6. Click the New Compliance Request button.

  7. In the Subject field, enter the subject of your compliance request.

  8. From the Compliance list, select the type of your compliance request.

  9. From the Product list, select the NetSuite product related to your compliance request.

  10. In the Email field, enter the requester email address, typically your own email address.

  11. In the Request Details field, enter the details of your compliance request.

  12. Click Save. You can see a list of your compliance requests on the Compliance Request List page.
