Viewing the HIPAA Subcontractors List
The HIPAA Subcontractors List provides an up-to-date record of all Oracle NetSuite Affiliates and Subcontractors that may access electronic protected health information (ePHI). You can view these lists using the Privacy and Compliance Dashboard in NetSuite 360.
To view the lists of HIPAA Subcontractors:

Log into your NetSuite account with a role that lets you access NetSuite 360.

Click the Support tab.

Click the NetSuite 360 link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.

Hover over the Privacy Compliance Request tab, and then select Privacy Compliance Request. This opens the Compliance Request List page.

Click the New Compliance Request button.

Do one of the following:

To view the Cloud Service HIPAA Subcontractors list, click the View Cloud Service HIPAA Subcontractors button.

To view the Consulting Service HIPAA Subcontractors, click the View Consulting Service HIPAA Subcontractors.

Usually, only a few users in any company also have one of the two roles necessary to access NetSuite 360. The user logs in to NetSuite with their usual role. On the Support tab, a user with one of the two special roles can see the link in the NetSuite 360 portlet.
If you do not have access, discuss this with a person in your company who has permission to add a role to a user. Usually, this is a person with an Administrator or System Administrator role in NetSuite.
The person assigning the special role must exercise good judgment when adding one of these special roles to a user.
