Enabling the Gift Certificates Feature
Before you can use the gift certificate item type, an administrator must enable the Gift Certificates feature.
To enable the Gift Certificates feature:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

On the Items & Inventory subtab, check the Gift Certificates box.

Click Save.
