Analyzing Trends in the Cash Cycle Dashboard

The Cash Cycle Dashboard displays working capital inputs and cash conversion cycle trends. You can use the Cash Cycle Dashboard to identify working capital trends and analyze primary cash drivers. The dashboard also includes the option to drill into specific trends.

This section includes general instructions on how to use the following interactive subforms in the Cash Cycle Dashboard:

To analyze working capital trends:

You can maximize and refresh each trend graph individually by clicking the Maximize icon Maximinze icon and Refresh icon in each subform Refresh icon, respectively.

  1. From the Home page, go to Financials > Balance Sheet Trending.

  2. Click Cash Cycle Dashboard at the bottom of the page.

  3. In the Point of View, select a Version, Subsidiary, and Currency.

  4. Click the Go icon Go icon in the POV to apply the changes.

  5. Review the trends within each interactive subform for the selected Subsidiary. You can hover over a series line in the graph to display the series name, period (group), and value.

  6. (Optional) In the Revenue: Cost of Goods Sold subform, to drill down further to the individual trend details, click a specific line in the graph. Alternatively, click a trend name in the legend.

    Drilling displays a breakdown of the Accounts that make up each trend.
