Viewing Approval History
Approval details are tracked for records routed for approval with the SuiteApprovals workflow.
Supported records in SuiteApprovals have an Approval History subtab that shows the following details:

Date of Action
-
Approval Status
-
Approver Type
-
Next Approver

To view the approval history for a record:

Open the list page for the record you want to view:

Journal Entry – Go to Transactions > Financial > Make Journal Entries > List.

Expense Report – Go to Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Reports > List.

Purchase Order – Go to Transactions > Purchases > Enter Purchase Orders > List.

Requisition – Go to Transactions > Purchases > Enter Requisitions > List

Sales Order – Go to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > List.

Vendor Bill – Go to Transactions > Payables > Enter Bills > List.

Engineering Change Order – refer to Viewing Approval History.

Click the View link for the record you want to view.

Click the Approval History subtab.
Journals that are approved for posting or pending approval can’t be edited.
