Retrieving a Check Image
What should I do if I want to request a copy of an issued or paid check to provide proof of payment to the beneficiary who is claiming non-receipt?
Contact NetSuite Customer Support to request a copy of a check from HSBC that has been issued or paid.
To process your request, you will have to provide the following information:

Account number
-
Check number
-
Date when the check has been posted
HSBC will send you an email message with a copy of the check image requested.
