Resetting the Four-Digit Program Administrator Unique Identifier Code
What should I do if I want to request a reset of my four digit unique identifier code as the one I currently have is difficult for me to remember and I would like to change this to a more memorable code?
Any existing Program Administrator can change their own Verification ID by calling 1-800-411-9264, where they will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist. The cards support specialist will complete identification and verification and process the change on the account profile. This change will be reflected within 3-5 business days.
