Amending, Canceling, Recalling, or Blocking Virtual Card Payments

What should I do if I authorized a Virtual Card payment that needs to be amended because the amount, supplier, or payment details are incorrect?

Virtual Card payments that have been submitted and authorized cannot be amended, canceled, or recalled. If the payment has not yet posted, that is the recipient has not yet redeemed the payment, you can apply a block or stop to the payment. For details, see Canceling Virtual Cards.

After the block or stop has been successfully applied, the invoice will be auto voided.
