Sell an External Gift Card
Follow these steps in NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) to sell a gift card issued by an authorized third-party. These are regular inventory items that you add to a transaction similar to physical items purchased at your register.
To sell an external gift card:

Tap Sell Authorized Gift Card or Issue Authorized Gift Card.

At the Issue Gift Card Amount prompt, enter the value of the gift card.

If prompted Does this Gift Card need to be activated?, tap Yes.

At the Please slide Gift card prompt, swipe the card or enter the card Number.

Tap Enter or tap the green check mark.

Hand the gift card to the customer; it is activated and ready to use.
