Multiple Associations Check in GL Matching
The GL Matching SuiteApp has a fail-safe system that checks whether a matched group of transaction lines is linked to multiple accounts, subsidiaries, and accounting books.
A group of transaction lines can only be linked to one account, one subsidiary, and one accounting book. If multiple associations are found, you will get an email notification.
To resolve the issue, you must unmatch the identified group in the account, subsidiary, or accounting book where they do not belong. Click Group Details in the email message to go to the GL Matching Dashboard where you can unmatch the group. For more information, see Undoing a Group of Transaction Lines.
