Upload Images to the File Cabinet

Upload your image files to the File Cabinet in the image folder as set during the step Set the Image Domain and Image Folder.

After upload, images immediately associate with their corresponding item records as determined by the item identifier. You can add or remove files from this folder at any time. Images stored in a subfolder are not recognized and fail to associate with an item record.

To verify that your images uploaded and are associated with the correct item record, view the Associated Images sublist on the Web Store subtab of the item record.

To upload multiple images to the File Cabinet:

  1. On your computer, create a ZIP file containing the images you want to upload.

    Tip:

In order to unzip directly into the images folder, don’t put images in a subfolder within the ZIP file.

  2. In NetSuite, go to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.

  3. Go to and open the images folder (Web Site Hosting Files : Live Hosting Files : images).

  4. Click Advanced Add.

  5. From the Zip Archive to Add field, select the ZIP file you created on your computer and click Open.

  6. Check the Unzip Files box. Checking this box unzips your files directly into the images folder.

  7. Check the Make All Files Available Without Login box. Checking this box lets all website visitors view the images.

  8. Click Add.
