Using the Application Performance Management Tools

The Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp is organized to provide different levels of detail, depending on what you need. You can use data aggregates, summaries, and visualizations to help you find the individual logs and instances that contribute to poor response times.

The APM SuiteApp displays data for scripts and plug-ins that ran long enough to help you diagnose issues in your account. The APM tools are not meant to trace every script and plug-in processed in your account.

Note:

Your performance logs aren’t included when your NetSuite account moves to the new data center on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). For the first 29 days after the move, the displayed values will be based on data collected since the move, not the last 30 days.

Go to Customization > Performance > Page Time Details.

From Page Time Summary, click the View icon in the Page Time Details column.

SuiteScript Analysis

Analyzing Scripts

View the history and performance of your scripts.

Go to Customization > Performance > SuiteScript Analysis.

In Page Time Details, under SuiteScript and Workflow Details, click the script name in the Name column.

SuiteCloud Processors Monitor

Monitoring SuiteCloud Processors Performance

View and analyze performance of map/reduce and scheduled script jobs handled by SuiteCloud Processors.

SuiteCloud Processors Monitor replaces Script Queue Monitor for viewing performance of deployments that still use queues.

Go to Customization > Performance > SuiteCloud Processors Monitor.

SOAP Web Services Analysis
