Configure Quotes Properties

You can configure the following properties for the Quotes feature:

• Quotes text displayed on your website. See Customize Request a Quote Properties.

• Status that triggers functionality to let customers make purchases from a quote. See Set the Customer Status Internal ID.

• The invoice form used to create a purchase from a quote. See Define an Invoice Form.

• Time (in days) within which the Quote Expiration Notification appears on your website and the quote expires. See Set Quote Expiration.

• Sales representative information displayed on your website’s Quote Details page. See Customize Sales Representative Information.

• Functionality to allow shoppers to view quotes and make purchases without creating quotes directly from your website. See Disable Quotes.
