Deploying Script for Secondary Records

Edits to secondary records are not captured by the SuiteApp automatically. If you have a secondary record selected in the SuiteApp's Preferences page, you must deploy the SaaS UE Transaction script. The script ensures that the SaaS Metrics dashboard reflects any edits to secondary records.

Note:

After deploying the SaaS UE Transaction script, the SaaS Metrics dashboard may not yet be up to date until the next run of the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script.

To deploy the script for secondary records:

1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

2. Click View beside the SaaS UE Transaction script.

3. Click Deploy Script.

   The Script Deployment page is displayed.

4. In the Applies To field, select the secondary record you selected in the Preferences page of this SuiteApp.

5. In the Status field, select Released.

6. In the Log Level field, select Error.

7. In the Audience subtab, under the Roles list, check the Select All box.

8. Click Save.
