Giving Access to Advanced SaaS Metrics Workbooks and Datasets

After giving the SaaS Admin and SaaS Viewer user roles access and permissions to the Advanced SaaS Metrics SuiteApp, an administrator must also give access to workbooks and datasets for these user roles. Access to the workbooks and datasets ensures that the SaaS Metrics dashboard information are accurately displayed for the user role.

To give access to the Advanced SaaS Metrics workbooks and datasets:

Note:

If there are changes to workbooks and datasets, such as when the SuiteApp is updated, an administrator must again give access to the previously shared workbooks and datasets.

  1. Click Analytics.

  2. On the upper right corner of the page, switch to list view.

  3. Select workbooks and datasets.

    1. Click the Workbooks tab and look for the following workbooks.
