Scheduling the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction Script
You must schedule the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script to run daily so that transactions for the day and any changes to existing transactions are reflected in the SaaS Metrics dashboard.
Schedule the script to run during off peak hours. The script takes a while to process transactions. The SaaS Metrics dashboard may not be up to date while the script is running.
It takes about 8 hours to process 16,000 records during the initial run of the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script. The script can approximately process 2000 contract lines per hour.
The processing time can be reduced by running multiple processors in parallel with a SuiteCloud Plus license. For more information, see SuiteCloud Processors.
To schedule the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script:

Go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

Look for the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script.
Important:Do not run or use the other deployment scripts because they are used by other processes. Doing so may cause the SuiteApp or other components of NetSuite to not work properly.

Click View beside the script name.

Click the Deployments tab.

Click the Scheduled SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction link.

Click Edit.

In the Status field, select Scheduled.

In the Schedule subtab, choose Daily Event.

In the Repeat every ___ days field, enter 1.

In the Start Date field, select today's date on the calendar popup window.

In the Start Time field, select the time when you want to run the SaaS MR Create Contract Transaction script.

Check the No End Date box.

Click Save.
