Email Approval Log Fields

The email approval log record includes the following fields:

Primary Information

Date Created

Shows the date and time when the email reply is logged in the system.

Approval Status

Shows the current status of the email approval log record.

Implemented

Gets checked automatically when the approver gatekeeper approves the email approval log record.

Email Response

Email Approver

Shows the approver who sent the email reply.

Email Approval Action

Shows either Approve or Reject.

Email Address

Shows the approver’s email address on record.

Remarks

(Optional) Shows any comments entered by the approver gatekeeper.

Document Information

Record ID

Shows the internal ID of the reference record.

Subsidiary

Shows the subsidiary of the reference record.

Record Type

Shows the type of the reference record for approval.

Document Number

Shows the document number of the reference record.

Approval Information

Next Approvers

Shows the employee or employees next in line to approve the record, if there are any, based on the current rule.

Reject Reason

Shows the log approver’s reason for rejection.

Delegated Approvers

Lists delegate approvers for the next approvers, if there are any.

Approval History Based on the Email Approval Log Rule

Lists log details for the reference record, with the newest at the top.
