Managing the Email Approval Log
Only valid email replies from approvers go into the email approval log. When logged, each reply record is locked by default.
The language used in email notifications for the approval log is based on the following:

In NetSuite OneWorld accounts, it’s the language set for the submitter’s subsidiary.

If you don’t have a NetSuite OneWorld account, it’s the transaction submitter’s preferred language.
Note:
If there aren’t any running or applicable email approval log rules, approval actions by email are automatically applied to the reference records.
