Email Approval Log Cleanup
For more information about the setting for your cleanup, see Setting Up Email Approval Preferences.
Through a scheduled script and based on your cleanup retention setting, the system will purge the log of the following:

Email reply logs created past the retention period and that have been approved or rejected.

Email reply logs created past the retention period and that are in Pending Approval and without a Next Approver.
Email reply logs created past the retention date, but are still under review, are retained. Those under review are in Pending Approval status and with assigned next approvers. In other words, the approval action has yet to be implemented.
