Alt. Sales Pipeline by Sales Rep Detail Report

The Alt. Sales Pipeline by Sales Rep Detail report shows all the open opportunities and estimates each sales rep has in the pipeline. It also shows the expected close date within the date range you select. The projected and weighted alternate sales amount totals for each transaction appear and are totaled for each sales rep.

The projected alternate sales total of a transaction is the ASA total amount that appears on the transaction. The weighted alternate sales total is the product of the projected ASA total and the probability of close.

To view the Pipeline by Sales Rep Detail report:

Go to Reports > Pipeline Analysis > Alt. Sales Pipeline by Sales Rep Detail.

A message appears indicating that your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.

Note:

This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences. The preference is on the Analytics subtab.
