Arranging Solutions in a Published Knowledge Base

After you add solutions to a topic, you can rearrange their order on the topic record.

To order solutions on a topic record:

  1. Go to Cases > Customer Service > Topics.

  2. Click Edit next to the topic you want to reorder solutions for.

  3. Click the Solutions subtab.

  4. Click a solution to select it.

  5. Use the Move to Top and Move to Bottom buttons to set the order.

  6. Click Save.

When you click a topic in a published knowledge base, the solutions show in the order you selected.
