Arranging Solutions in a Published Knowledge Base
After adding solutions to a topic, you can rearrange the order of the solutions on the topic record.
To order solutions on a topic record:

Go to Cases > Customer Service > Topics.

Click Edit next to the topic you want to reorder solutions under.

Click the Solutions subtab.

Click a solution to select it.

Use the Move to Top and Move to Bottom buttons to arrange the order.

Click Save.
When you click on a topic in a published knowledge base, the solutions are listed in the order you selected.
