You can take advantage of the following new features and enhancements specific to each SuiteApp:

NetSuite EPM Connector 25.1.1    
  • Updates required for the 25.1 releases of the Account Reconciliation Sync and Planning and Budgeting SuiteApps.
  • Additional authentication methods provided for connecting to external SFTP servers from NetSuite.  
  • Possibility to place the custsql_ prefix for SuiteQL queries on the Planning and Budgeting allowlist.
  • Localization for the SuiteApp is available in all supported languages.

Account Reconciliation Sync 25.1
  • Possibility to export your Account Reconciliation Sync configuration into a single file and then use the file as a configuration backup, or import it to another NetSuite account. 
  • You can now use a checklist of tasks to make sure you have configured Account Reconciliation Sync properly. 
  • The Plug-in Code Generator can help you create a custom plug-in script for importing enterprise journal data from your Account Reconciliation application. 
  • You can now add the same job multiple times to a Group job.
  • Localization for the SuiteApp is available in all supported languages.

Planning and Budgeting Sync 25.1
  • To load transaction data and metadata from NetSuite to Planning and Budgeting, you can:
    • Use SuiteQL queries.
    • Schedule and run pipeline jobs from NetSuite.
  • For Planning and Budgeting Financials, the following has changed:
    • The default batch jobs have been replaced by pipeline jobs that provide the same functionality.
    • The integration artifacts have been updated to reflect this change.

Important: You need to download the updated ZIP file from NetSuite and re-upload it into your Planning and Budgeting Financials.

  • The Plug-in Code Generator can help you create custom plug-in scripts to process budget data imported from Planning and Budgeting.
  • You can hide filters in Data Exchange for saved searches and datasets. 
  • Based on the available features in the NetSuite account you log in to, the NSEPM Implementer and NSPB Integration roles are automatically pre-populated with the required permissions during the SuiteApp installation.
  • The NetSuite Planning and Budgeting SuiteSuccess Standard and Premium saved searches can be used on NetSuite accounts without the OneWorld feature.

Recommended Action
We strongly encourage you to manually install or upgrade the SuiteApps in your Sandbox or Release Preview account. This will allow you to preview the new features and enhancements before the SuiteApps are automatically pushed to your production account. For upgrade instructions, see the following help topics:
