Workflow to Set Up the Text Assistant

Here are the steps to set up the Text Assistant in Recruiting, which enables candidates to interact with the Career Coach using SMS and WhatsApp.

Required Steps

1. Enable the Career Coach Agent for Career Sites
2. Configure the Text Assistant
3. Add these providers as required:
   • Add an SMS Messaging Provider for the Text Assistant
   • Add a WhatsApp Messaging Provider for the Text Assistant
