Reason Group Profiles

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Status > Reason Group Profiles.

Reason Group Profiles are a set of reason groups. Reason group profiles are assigned to status groups. If a user is prompted to record reasons, or if they are setting up quick codes, the list of options presented to them for reason groups and reason codes is dictated by how they are linked back to reason group profiles and how those profiles are linked to status groups.
