Mail Quota Groups

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Mail Management > Mail Quota Groups.

The collection of emails for a quota handler is defined by a mail quota group. This is a group of emails determined by:

• Notify Function
• Contact Notification
• Contact
• Mail Component

The system comes with default quota groups:

• TENDER: handles all emails communicating shipment tenders to and from service providers.
• REPORTS: handles all report generation.
• DEFAULT: handles anything not defined by the others.

Adding a Mail Quota Group

1. Enter a Mail Quota Groups ID.
2. Enter a Domain.
3. Enter a Notify Function ID and click Save for each Notify Function ID entered. This is a high-level grouping of email types.
4. Enter a Contact Notification ID and click Save for each Contact Notification ID entered.
5. Enter a Contact ID and click Save for each Contact ID entered.
6. Select a Component and click Save for each Component entered. Mail components are used for emails that do not have a contact notification defined.
7. Click Finished.
