Buy/Sell Shipment Quantities - Order Release Ship Unit

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy or Sell Shipments > Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Edit Quantities. On the Shipment Quantities - Edit Selection screen select Edit By Shipped Order Release Amount and Edit By Ship Units and then click Submit. On the Buy Shipment Quantities - Edit Order Release window, click Add Ship Units.

Adding Lines

The Add Lines screen lets you add line items that shipped/received that were not listed on the original order.

• Select the equipment used from the Equipment ID drop-down list.
• To include all line items from the order release, select the release from the Order Release ID drop-down list. Click Save.
• To add individual lines from the order release, select the line ID from the Line ID drop-down list. Click Save.
• When finished, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
