AI Agent: GTM Restricted Party Preprocessing Assistant

This agent pre-processes GTM party (contact) data to enhance match accuracy during Restricted Party List Screening (RPLS).

It extracts, standardizes, and stores critical identity attributes (such as name and address), ensuring that matching is more accurate and resilient to variations including:

• Case sensitivity
• Punctuation differences
• Abbreviations
• Diacritical marks
• Inconsistent address formatting

By aligning party data with the way the matching engine evaluates similarity, the agent improves screening effectiveness and reduces the risk of mismatches and false positives.

Using the GTM RESTRICTED PARTY PREPROCESSING ASSISTANT Agent

1. In the Global Header, select the  (AI Chat) icon.
2. Select the agent GTM RESTRICTED PARTY PREPROCESSING ASSISTANT.
3. In the Ask Oracle text box, enter the Party ID of the party that you want to normalize.
4. Select Send Message.

Note: Currently, the normalized attribute results are displayed in the AI Chat window. Future enhancements may include making the normalized attributes available for use during restricted party screening.
