AI Agent: Shipment Change

This page is accessed via the  (AI Chat) icon in the Global Header. Select the SHIPMENT CHANGE agent.

The SHIPMENT CHANGE agent allows you to make the following changes to shipments:

• Change Service Provider: You provide the action, change service provider, and the shipment ID or GID and the agent will complete the action. For example, "change serv prov for domain.12345" or "change service provider for 12345". This action can only process one shipment at a time.
• Secure Resources: You provide the action, secure resources, and the shipment ID or GID and the agent will complete the action. For example, "secure resources for domain.12345" or "secure resources for 12345". This action can only process one shipment at a time.
• Accept Tender: You provide the action, accept tender, and the shipment ID or GID and the agent will complete the action. For example, "accept tender for domain.12345" or "accept tender for 12345". This action can only process one shipment at a time.
• Decline Tender: You provide the action, decline tender, and the shipment ID or GID and the agent will complete the action. For example, "decline tender for domain.12345" or "decline tender for 12345". This action can process one or more shipments. You can also provide "decline reason code" and "retender".

Using the Shipment Change Agent

1. In the Global Header, select the  (AI Chat) icon.
2. Select an agent of SHIPMENT CHANGE.
3. In the Ask Oracle text box, provide the action, secure resources, and the shipment ID or GID and the agent will complete the action. For example, "secure resources for domain.12345" or "secure resources for 12345".
4. Select Send Message.
