AI Chat
This page is accessed via the
(AI Chat) icon in the Global Header. Select one of the AI agents listed below. Then, enter a question that you have and select Send Message or Enter.
The AI Chat let's you run AI agents that are created in Fusion AI Studio. There are several agents provided with OTM and GTM:
- BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC
- DOCK SCHEDULING
- SHIPMENT CHANGE
- RATE INQUIRY
- PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION ASSISTANT (GTM)
- GTM RESTRICTED PARTY PREPROCESSING ASSISTANT
Note: These AI agents require Oracle Fusion AI Studio.
Note: AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete (can include “hallucinations”), so you should validate results before relying on them. It is your responsibility to review AI-generated content before making decisions or taking action.
Icons
The following icons are located in the toolbar at the topic of the AI Chat window,
(Download Chat): Downloads the contents of the chat to an ai_assistant_chat.txt file.
(Clear Chat): Clears the chat conversation and starts a new conversation.
(Expand): Expands the chat window to take up approximately half of the browser page.
(Collapse): Collapses the chat window back to the original size.
(Minimize): Minimizes the chat window.
(Maximize): Maximizes the chat window.
(Close Chat): Closes the chat window, but keeps the chat conversation.
(Edit): Hover the mouse over your message to see the Edit icon. Select Edit to edit a previously sent message. Make your edits and select Send.
(Copy): When hovering the mouse over a message or a response, select Copy icon to copy the contents of the message or response to the clipboard.
Using Predefined Prompts
You can use existing prompts to streamline the use of the BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC and PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION ASSISTANT AI Agents. You can also create your own prompts and use them here.
- Select the
(AI Chat) icon. - Select an agent of BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC - FULL SUMMARY.
- In the Ask Oracle field, enter / to see a list of available prompts.
- Select the prompt that matches the agent you selected. For this example, select BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC - FULL SUMMARY.
- Select a Diagnostic Log File ID.
- Select OK. The prompt displays with the diagnostics log file ID included.
- If necessary, you can modify the prompt.
- Select Send Message or press Enter to view the result.
