AI Chat

This page is accessed via the The AI Chat icon which is the head and shoulders of a robot. (AI Chat) icon in the Global Header.  Select one of the AI agents listed below. Then, enter a question that you have and select Send Message or Enter.

The AI Chat let's you run AI agents that are created in Fusion AI Studio. There are several agents provided with OTM and GTM:

Note: These AI agents require Oracle Fusion AI Studio.

Note: AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete (can include “hallucinations”), so you should validate results before relying on them. It is your responsibility to review AI-generated content before making decisions or taking action.

Icons

The following icons are located in the toolbar at the topic of the AI Chat window,

  • Image that shows the Download Chat icon. (Download Chat): Downloads the contents of the chat to an ai_assistant_chat.txt file.
  • Image that shows the Clear Chat icon. (Clear Chat): Clears the chat conversation and starts a new conversation.
  • Image that shows the Expand chat window icon. (Expand): Expands the chat window to take up approximately half of the browser page.
  • Collapse icon (Collapse): Collapses the chat window back to the original size.
  • Image that shows the Minimize chat window icon. (Minimize): Minimizes the chat window.
  • Image that shows the Maximize chat window icon. (Maximize): Maximizes the chat window.
  • Image that shows the Close chat window icon. (Close Chat): Closes the chat window, but keeps the chat conversation.
  • Image that shows the Edit icon. (Edit): Hover the mouse over your message to see the Edit icon. Select Edit to edit a previously sent message. Make your edits and select Send.
  • Image that shows the Copy icon. (Copy): When hovering the mouse over a message or a response, select Copy icon to copy the contents of the message or response to the clipboard.

Using Predefined Prompts

You can use existing prompts to streamline the use of the BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC and PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION ASSISTANT AI Agents. You can also create your own prompts and use them here.

  1. Select the  The AI Chat icon which is the head and shoulders of a robot. (AI Chat) icon.
  2. Select an agent of BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC - FULL SUMMARY.
  3. In the Ask Oracle field, enter / to see a list of available prompts.
  4. Select the prompt that matches the agent you selected. For this example, select BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC - FULL SUMMARY.
  5. Select a Diagnostic Log File ID.
  6. Select OK. The prompt displays with the diagnostics log file ID included.
  7. If necessary, you can modify the prompt.
  8. Select Send Message or press Enter to view the result.
