About the Lead Event Type Profile

Each initiative can define a structured marketing effort for the events or actions that should take place during the life of a lead to encourage a customer to participate in a program. Each event or action is defined by a Lead Event Type. For example, one event could be that a letter or an email is sent to a customer. The collection and sequencing of lead event types defined on an initiative is referred to as the Lead Event Type Profile.
