Who are the Members?
Each membership has one or more "members". The members are defined by the accounts linked to the membership and by the financially responsible person(s) linked to each account.
A typical membership is linked to only one account. However, in some cases more than one account is linked to the membership. For example, a customer may have one account for banking service and one for insurance service, but both accounts are part of the same membership. In this example, one person with multiple accounts is linked to the membership, so there is only one member.
For each account linked to the membership, the service related to the account may be used to calculate the accumulated credits for the membership. Refer to How Are Service Credits Earned? for more information.
