Maintaining Cases
Your organization can use the case management functionality to manage a variety of situations, such as:
- a high-bill complaint,
- a bankruptcy,
- a customer's request for literature,
- a contractor's request to extend a line,
- a customer's rejection of a quote,
- a customer's request to change information on a future date,
Note: Since an implementation can configure virtually every aspect
of a case, the look and feel of the case management page are dynamic
based on how case types have been configured.
