Upload Request (Used for Viewing)
Once you create an upload request, the Upload Request screen allows you to:

View the details of the upload request

Validate the upload request

Cancel the upload request

Submit the upload request

Approve or reject the upload request

View the details of a data record

View the log of the upload request

Add a log entry for the upload request
