File Upload Interface

The Oracle Revenue Management and Billing File Upload Interface allows users to upload files into a staging area and map file records to Oracle Revenue Management and Billing services. Each record in the file is processed individually by invoking the relevant services.

The application provides a File Upload Interface Configuration that sets the rules and parameters for uploading and transforming files. Users can create a File Request Type, which serves as a template to guide how the file or records are uploaded and processed.

Each file is processed based on its file request type, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Records from the file are staged one by one using the File Upload and Transform C1-FTRAN batch process, which helps the system understand how to handle and process the uploaded files effectively.
