Relationship Manager Workbench

Oracle Revenue Management and Billing provides you one-point-destination for all the relationship/account managers an unified view of all customers under a single relationship manager on a screen named Relationship Manager Workbench. This data can then be easily used for analysis, such as:

  • Cumulated revenue, average revenue, and unpaid revenue details of the customers

  • Cumulated details, active, inactive, and newly added customers under the relationship manager based on number of months that customer has done the transaction from any account

  • Number of deals in difference status

In other words, this feature allows you to drill down to see or act on all current and historical revenue management and billing details. This allows you professionally and efficiently to drive the customer engagement effectively and elevate customer relationships.
