Prerequisites

To setup the Health Product 360° View feature, you need to do the following:

• Define the required characteristic types where the characteristic entity is set to Health Product

• Define the required characteristic types where the characteristic entity is set to Health Plan

• Define the values for the PRODUCT_​HC_​CAT_​FLG lookup field

• Define the values for the PRODUCT_​LOB_​FLG lookup field

• Define the values for the PRODUCT_​TYPE_​FLG lookup field

• Define the values for the PRODUCT_​LOB_​CAT_​FLG lookup field

• Define the values for the PRODUCT_​SUB_​TYPE_​FLG lookup field
