Membership Not Billed

The Membership Not Billed zone enables you to view all the memberships which are due for billing for the specified month and year but are not yet billed on the accounting date as per the respective account’s bill cycle. It contains the following sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Month	Used to indicate the month for which you want to view the memberships that are due for billing. The valid values are: Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec	Yes
  Year	Used to specify the year for which you want to view the memberships that are due for billing.	Yes
  Membership Category	Used to filter the memberships based on its category. The valid values are: Group Membership Individual Membership	Yes
  Sponsor Account	Used to indicate whether you want to search the memberships which are not yet billed on the sponsor or non-sponsor (i.e., membership) account. The valid values are: Yes No	No

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following column:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Membership	Displays information about the membership. Note that the system fetches those memberships that meet the search criteria and whose accounting date on the respective account’s bill cycle is earlier than the system date. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Membership screen appears where you can view the details of the respective membership.
