Viewing the Non-Billed Memberships

Procedure

To view the non-billed memberships:

  1. Click the Admin link in the Application toolbar.
    A list appears.
  2. From the Admin menu, click H and then click Health Check.
    The Health Check screen appears.
  3. Expand the Membership Not Billed zone.
  4. Select the month and year for which you want to view the non-billed memberships from the respective fields.
  5. Select the Group Membership or Individual Membership option from the Membership Category list.
  6. Enter the additional search criteria in the Membership Not Billed zone.
  7. Click Search.
    A list of memberships that meet the search criteria and whose accounting date on the respective account’s bill cycle is earlier than the system date appears in the Search Results section.
    Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages. Note that the navigation links appear in the Search Results section only when the records in the search results exceed 20.
