Using Telephone Operator

Use the Telephone Operator to perform any of the following tasks:

Search for reservation and guest information.
Manage guest messages for reservations. For more information, see Managing Guest Messages
Manage reservations traces. For more information, see Managing Reservation Traces
Manage wake up calls. For more information, see Wake Up Calls
Manage guest locators. For more information, see Managing Reservation (Guest) Locators

Tip:

Switch the console view

, which provides quick access to all reservation details links.

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Telephone, then select Telephone Operator.
Enter search criteria then click Search.
Select a reservation in the search result.
1. To navigate to the reservation, click the Confirmation number in left panel or top section of console view or click I Want To ...., and select Reservation.
2. To navigate to the profile, click the Guest Name in left panel or from profile section of console view or click I Want To ...., and select Profile.
3. To navigate to Billing, click the Balance in the Billing section or click I Want To ...., and select Billing.
