Prerequisites for Guest Loyalty Programs

With an Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Loyalty subscription you can create and manage loyalty programs, including tier management, point earning (based on nights, stay, revenue or enrollment) and point redemption options.

The following is included with a Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Loyalty subscription:

  • Membership Tiers

    • Tier Management including Upgrades, Downgrades, Renewals (Calendar or Rolling)

  • Points Calculation Rules for Enrollment and Stay (Base and Bonus, Tier and Award points)

  • Awards: Rate, Package, Upgrade, Payment and Other (third-party) redemption

  • Tier Benefits

  • Reporting available in OPERA Cloud Reporting and Analytics.
