3 Review the Portfolio Health overview
As a user with access to all trials, you use the Portfolio Health overview to review the data for all active ongoing trials. The overview shows a consolidated view of the portfolio health, which surfaces the most critical risks, trends, and study-level callouts.
The Portfolio Health overview provides key performance indicators, an AI-generated text summary of the portfolio health for all Ongoing Trials in the portfolio, a list of the highest priority AI-generated alerts, and data in selectable graph formats.
Data in the Portfolio Health overview is from active trials that have been onboarded by Oracle from a source Oracle Life Sciences application.
Ongoing Trials are active clinical trials with ongoing or completed patient enrollment and data collection. They can be at any stage of the clinical trial lifecycle and are supported by Life Sciences AI Agents through the provision of AI-driven insights and summaries.

As a user with access to all trials, you use the Portfolio Health overview to view summary data of the overall health of all active, ongoing trials in a customer's portfolio. - View the portfolio key performance indicators
As a user with access to all trials, you can view the key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure study performance consistency across all active ongoing trials in the portfolio for the past 90 days to identify areas of operational risk. - View the portfolio health summary
As a user with access to all trials, you can view the AI-generated health summary of all active ongoing trials in a customer's portfolio. The health summary highlights top risks, study-level callouts with direct (deep) links, and cross-portfolio trends impacting efficiency and quality. - View the portfolio alerts
As a user with access to all trials, you can view the AI-generated alerts for all ongoing trials in the portfolio. The highest priority alerts for each trial appear in the Portfolio Health overview. - View the portfolio data graphs
As a user with access to all trials, you can view the portfolio trial data for all ongoing trials in four graph formats: Trials by Status (bar graph), Trials by Phase (pie graph), Trials by Therapeutic Area (bar graph), or Enrollment by Region (bar graph).
