Open and manage a query from the Query List
For an in-depth understanding of a query, you can navigate from the Query List to a page with a query's full details and history. From this page you can also go to the question a query was submitted for, to manage it directly from the form.
The details displayed on the query's details page include:
- Query description; including the form item and subject the query was raised on.
- Query status.
- Visit; including the visit cycle number if applicable.
- Form; including form instance if applicable.
- Assigned user role.
- For assigned queries, displays the specific user role that is assigned to the query.
- For site queries, displays Site instead of a specific user role.
- Rule name, for automatically-generated queries only.
- The query itself; including author, date of creation and the original query text.
- The form item; including the submitted answer.
Additionally, when viewing the details of a query, you can also view its full history in the right sidebar. A query's history lists all related events, with the most recent event at the top. These events show the date and author of the update, as well as the author's study role and any information added by users.
To access a query's details page:
Within the Query's details page, select Back to go back to the Query List, or use the top menu to navigate elsewhere in your study or to the Home page.
