Manage alternate accounts

• About principal and alternate accounts
  Associating alternate accounts with a principal account allows Clinical Research Organization (CRO) customers to avoid separate logins by enterprise and to provide improved reporting across the enterprises.
• Manage Alternate Accounts page
  The Manage Alternate Accounts page lists the alternate accounts for the principal account and supports adding, editing, enabling and disabling, and deleting alternate accounts.
• Add or edit an alternate account
  The Add Alternate Account page adds one alternate account for the selected principal account. You can edit individual alternate accounts from the Manage Alternate Accounts page.
• Add alternate accounts by login group
  The Add Alternate Accounts by Login Group page allows a superuser to add multiple alternate accounts to a principal for different login groups.
• Select Rows mode from the Users page
  You can manage multiple users by accessing Select Rows mode then selecting multiple users from the Users page.
• Delete an alternate account
  If you are the principal account holder, you can delete an alternate account.
• Add alternate accounts for multiple users
  If you are a superuser, you can create multiple alternate accounts at the same time using the Select Rows option on the Users page.
• Switch user account
  The CRO user can quickly switch between their principal account and any of their alternate accounts without logging out of Empirica.
