Add a Location
You must be a Payment Administrator to add a location. After a location is added, the Payment Administrator must Assign Users to a Location so it can be accessed by others. Locations can then be assigned to a Business Account.

More than one location record can be added to match the business structure.
- If you have come from the onboarding steps, click Add Location. If not, click Locations at the bottom of the dashboard, and then click Add Location.
- Complete the required fields. Region and postal code labels will changes based on the country selected. The Location Reference must be unique within your organization. It’s used for integrating other applications with Oracle Payment Cloud Service, so make sure it is known to external systems to identify the location. Once the location is linked to a business account, it can’t be changed.
- Click Continue.

(Optional) Create a payment location now:
If you want this location to be able to process payments, assign it to a business account now.TIP: If you have come from the onboarding steps to add a location, it is recommended to assign via Onboarding Step 6, Assign Locations to Accounts
- Select Yes when prompted to make this a payment location.
- Select the Business, then the Business Unit, and then select the Business Account. The Business and Business Unit selections filter the list of available Business Accounts. As a Payment Administrator you will only see Business Account you are a ‘user’ of, meaning you have full control of the account.
- (Optional) Review and update the Merchant Category Code and Industry Code, if needed.
- (Optional) Review and update the card statement descriptor, if needed.
Note:
- A location can only be assigned to one business account.
- The location must belong to the same country as the business account.
- Only locations with complete address details can be linked to a business account.
- Click Add. Sub-Locations can be added to the location, see Add Sub-locations
- If you have come from the the onboarding steps and need to return, click Business Management and then click the business. The next onboarding step is to Assign Locations to Accounts
